Project Design
For any MBS Projects, the concerned Project Manager prepares the Software Development Plan, which is the overall Project Plan. The software development plan describes the project in brief with its purpose and scope, life cycle model chosen for the project, the deliverables involved in the project, the organization of the project with roles and responsibilities etc., The plan also briefs detailed work breakdown structure of the activities with the responsibilities assigned, milestones and deliverables. The Project manager also identifies the interfaces of other functions involved in the project to ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility.
